What is a Festival of Homes?
The Cedar City Festival of Homes is a beloved community event that is put on by the Iron County Home Builders Association. The Festival of Homes invites the community to tour a variety of new model, spec, and pre-sold homes in and around Cedar City. Bring your whole family out for the weekend to see explore the community and see the latest home design trends!
Where Can I Purchase Tickets?
To attend the Cedar City Festival of Homes, you can purchase tickets at the State Bank of Southern Utah starting on August 20th, at Coldwell Banker Advantage, at any of the festival homes after the festival starts, or online at the Cedar City Festival of Homes website.
When is the 2019 Festival of Homes Taking Place?
The 2019 Cedar City Festival of Homes will be during the last weekend of August ( August 30- September 2) and the first weekend of September. ( September 6- September 8) Tickets for the Festival of Homes are $12 ( or $10 with a coupon) per person and admits one person into every home that will be displayed in the Festival of Homes. The Festival of Homes hours are Fridays and Sundays 1pm- 8pm and Saturdays and Labor Day 10am-8pm.
